Some more Graf

Here is another graf piece taken from a scan of a sketch in my sketchbook.  The color style was heavily influenced by Graf artist Can2, and the model was reference from an ad in an old fashion magazine.

Fashion Magazines

Here are some cartoon sketches, drawn from various fashion mags. I try to use the magazines just for references and continue to explore cartoon styles and exploit the shapes. These were done with a Prismacolor Col-erase pencil (tuscan red). These are my favorite pencils to sketch in this style with. I'll post more of these when I get around to scanning them in.

Some more scribbles

Here are some really rough sketches done in my hard cover sketchbooks with ball point pen and brush markers. When I sketch this way I try not to spend too much time on the sketches. Just a few minutes a piece. I don't concentrate on making anything accurate or pretty, but instead just let my pen flow and move on to the next sketch. Some are done while out on the road, some while watching movies and others are sketches from fashion magazines. the point is to keep yourself drawing daily and getting ideas down quickly.
